Must have skills required: Problem Solving, React Js, Redux, Node Js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Express Js Winmore is Looking for: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in front-end development using React.js and related technologies. The ideal candidate should excel at building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications while being proficient in backend development with Node.js. Key Responsibilities Front-End Development: • Develop responsive and performant web interfaces using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript. • Build reusable UI components and ensure cross-browser compatibility. • Implement state management and advanced front-end patterns. Backend Collaboration: • Design and consume RESTful/GraphQL APIs. • Contribute to backend services using Node.js and Express. Cloud & CI/CD: • Integrate front-end with AWS-based backends. • Support CI/CD pipeline setup for front-end deployments. Requirements Technical Expertise: • Front-End Expertise: React.js, Redux, Node.js (preferred), JavaScript/TypeScript, Backend Proficiency: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL. • UI/UX Best Practices: Responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), performance HTML5, CSS3, SCSS optimization. • Databases: Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB) • Cloud & DevOps: Exposure to AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront), CI/CD pipelines. • Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket. • Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress. Work Environment & Soft Skills: • Strong focus on user experience and attention to detail. • Ability to work in agile, fast-paced teams with product & design stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Collaborative and agile mindset. Nice to Have: • Experience in React Native for cross-platform mobile apps. • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS, SNS).
