About the Position As a Full Stack Developer at weybee, you will act as a tech lead and play a key role in building AI-first platforms, intelligent tools, and scalable systems. You will drive architecture decisions, define technical standards, and contribute to building products powered by modern AI technologies. This is a core team role with strong ownership and direct impact on innovation. Responsibilities ● End-to-end development of AI-powered products — from idea to production ● Design and integrate AI/ML-driven features (LLMs, automation workflows, data intelligence systems) ● Build and manage scalable microservices and APIs supporting AI use cases ● Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver intelligent and user-centric solutions ● Develop and maintain data pipelines, tagging systems, and analytics platforms ● Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-enabled systems ● Experiment with and adopt emerging AI tools, frameworks, and infrastructure ● Ensure best practices in AI integration, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and monitoring Requirements ● 5+ years of software development experience in a SaaS or product-based environment ● 3+ years of experience with Python (preferred for AI/ML integrations) ● Hands-on experience working with AI tools, APIs, or frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases, etc.) ● 3+ years of experience with ORMs (preferably Django) ● 2+ years of experience building modern web applications using Vue.js (or similar) and TypeScript ● Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and scalable architectures ● Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and data-driven systems ● Familiarity with structured and unstructured data handling (SQL + NoSQL) ● Experience in building production-grade, scalable systems ● Strong grasp of software engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, modular design) ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
