Role : Full Stack Developer (Java + React JS) Location : Gurgaon (100% In-office) Experience : 5+ yrs Role Type : Individual Contributor (Core Team) Key Responsibilities • End-to-End Development : Take complete ownership of the backend (Spring Boot) and mobile frontend (React JS). • Scalable Architecture : Design and implement RESTful APIs that can handle real-time data from thousands of connected IoT devices. • Database Management : Optimize PostgreSQL schemas for high-speed data retrieval and reliability. • Quality & Reliability : Write clean, documented code with a 'test-first' mindset (Unit/Integration testing). • Problem Solving : Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex production issues and hardware-software synchronization bugs. Technical Must-Haves • Backend : Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot. • Mobile : High proficiency in React JS (Willing to learn and upskill quickly into React Native) • Database : Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL. • Fundamentals : Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and REST API design. • DevOps/Tools : Experience with Git, Unit Testing frameworks (JUnit/Mockito), and debugging tools. • Mandatory : Must have worked in Product-based companies or Startups. • Bonus : Prior experience in EV Charging, IoT, or Fintech (High-transaction systems).
