About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with strong Generative AI expertise (4+ years of experience) to build and scale intelligent, AI-powered applications. This role is ideal for senior engineers who possess deep full-stack development capabilities and hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG systems, and vector databases into production-grade applications. You will lead the design and development of end-to-end AI-driven platforms — from intuitive frontend experiences to scalable backend systems powered by advanced Generative AI capabilities. This role requires architectural thinking, system scalability expertise, and ownership of AI-powered product features. Key Responsibilities • Architect, design, and develop full-stack AI-powered web applications. • Build scalable and responsive frontend applications using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks. • Develop secure and high-performance backend APIs using Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js. • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, HuggingFace, etc.) into production systems. • Design and optimize advanced RAG pipelines including embedding strategies, chunking, vector search, and reranking. • Implement and manage vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, FAISS, or Chroma. • Develop agent-based workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex. • Optimize system performance, latency, scalability, and inference costs. • Deploy AI services on AWS, GCP, or Azure with CI/CD, monitoring, and logging best practices. • Ensure application security, authentication, authorization, and compliance standards. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices. • Collaborate with product, AI, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions. Required Skills • 4+ years of experience in full-stack development. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js. • Strong backend development experience using Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js. • Proven experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production applications (Very Important). • Deep understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems (Very Important). • Hands-on experience with vector databases (Very Important). • Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed system principles. • Experience with Docker and containerized deployments. • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Understanding of prompt engineering, context optimization, and evaluation strategies. • Strong knowledge of scalable system design and performance optimization. Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience building AI-powered SaaS platforms or enterprise AI tools. • Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen). • Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration. • Knowledge of MLOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and model monitoring. • Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, streaming APIs). • Exposure to multimodal AI (image/audio models). • Experience with authentication systems (OAuth, SSO, RBAC). • Understanding of AI governance, PII handling, and compliance standards. • Experience implementing caching layers and asynchronous processing systems.
