About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (4–6 years) to support the design, development, testing, and delivery of high-quality software solutions across the full technology stack. This role is ideal for engineers with strong experience in modern frontend and backend technologies, cloud-based applications, and product-driven development environments. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and cross-functional engineering teams to build, enhance, and maintain scalable applications, contributing to innovative cloud-based and IoT-enabled solutions within the Building Management System (BMS) domain. Required Technical Skills • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in software design, development, and testing • Strong experience in full stack product development • Proficiency in Angular 10+ • Strong backend development experience with .NET Core Web API • Experience with databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL • Strong knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3 • Experience with unit testing frameworks and practices • Familiarity with GitHub, VSO, or similar version control systems • Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end full stack software solutions • Implement new product features and enhance existing functionalities • Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, coding, and unit testing • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers throughout the development lifecycle • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex cloud and IoT-related issues • Review and provide feedback on functional and technical specifications • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Support, SQA, and Technical Documentation • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and product development meetings • Support compliance, approvals, and factory testing activities as required • Prepare and maintain technical documentation in compliance with ISO QMS standards • Participate in Quality Management System (QMS) reviews • Recommend improvements to development processes, guidelines, and engineering standards • Ensure adherence to established coding standards, best practices, and Agile processes • Provide accurate effort estimation and take ownership of assigned deliverables Bonus Skills • Hands-on experience with TypeScript • Experience using Jira for project tracking • Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud services • Knowledge of SAFe Agile practices • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker / Kubernetes) • Familiarity with Apache Kafka • Exposure to building automation or industrial automation systems Who You Are A proactive and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
