Full-Stack Developer

About the job

We're looking for full-stack developers for our client in Hyderabad, a fast-growing mobility startup. Responsibilities: • Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance • Develop, test, and maintain robust backend APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful / GraphQL services • Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js. Experience with Next.js is a strong plus • Integrate with cloud services and infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security. • Design and implement scalable microservices using Docker and Kubernetes • Maintain and optimize real-time data flows using tools like Kafka, Redis, and WebSockets • Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, with a preference for candidates familiar with time-series databases • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, contributing to code reviews, architecture decisions, and product improvements • Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code with a strong focus on performance and maintainability • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovations to improve system functionality and development workflows Requirements: • 2–3 years of proven experience in full stack development using Node.js and Express.js • Solid hands-on experience with React.js; knowledge of Next.js is a plus • Proficiency with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party APIs • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration • Working knowledge of AWS (or any major cloud provider) and GitHub • Experience with Redis, WebSockets, and message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Kinesis • Strong understanding of database technologies – both relational (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Familiarity with the Agile / Scrum development process • Excellent communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
