You will contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications aligned with Mercedes-Benz global technology standards. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. • Develop and support microservices-based architectures for enterprise applications. • Build responsive and interactive frontend applications using Angular (preferred) and TypeScript, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best engineering practices and coding standards. • Perform unit testing and integration testing for both frontend and backend components. • Support deployment activities using Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Ensure effective logging, debugging, monitoring, and performance optimization across the full stack. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment. Required Skills – Backend: • Strong proficiency in Java. • Knowledge of Kotlin (preferred, not mandatory). • Hands-on experience in Spring Boot and microservices architecture. • Strong exposure to unit testing and integration testing. • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, build and release). • Experience in logging, debugging, monitoring, and production issue resolution. Required Skills – Frontend: • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Hands-on experience with Angular (Angular 8+ preferred) and TypeScript. • Experience in building modular, component-based UIs and consuming REST APIs from the frontend.
