Location : Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, other locations in India (remote) Shift Timing – Mid-shift - Monday to Friday. Compensation : ₹8 LPA - ₹12 LPA for an exceptional candidate Role Description We are looking for a deeply technical Full-Stack Engineer who thrives on solving complex problems, learning new technologies independently, and owning end-to-end delivery across mobile, backend, and test automation. This is a high-impact role working in a small, fast-moving team where you will influence architecture, reliability, scalability, and product quality. Technical Skill Requirements • Proven ability to own the entire full-stack codebase deployment, debugging, new features, and maintenance. • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies independently and quickly, and apply them meaningfully. • 3+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally with : • Native Android (Kotlin / Java) and iOS (Swift) • Python for backend development • 3+ years of hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, preferably for mobile : Appium, Espresso, JUnit, XCTest, XCUITest • Experience with Python-based testing • Hands-on experience deploying scalable systems on AWS (Lambda, OpenSearch, Docker, EFS, API Gateway, etc.) • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and continuous testing principles • Experience or strong interest in Cybersecurity is a plus (some tasks may involve cybersecurity work) Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, including native mobile apps (iOS & Android) and backend APIs / services. • Conduct manual and automated testing for mobile and backend components. • Collaborate closely with a small engineering team to define requirements, architect solutions, and ship high-impact features. • Migrate backend components to AWS (Lambda, OpenSearch, EFS, Docker, etc.). • Monitor, debug, and improve reliability, scalability, and security in production systems. • Ensure high-quality engineering through : Testing, Code reviews, Performance optimizations, Contributions to CI / CD pipelines. Execute security-focused engineering tasks, as needed.
