Full Stack Engineer (ReactJS + Python) – Remote We are hiring Full Stack Engineers (ReactJS + Python) to join a small founding team building a new product in the HR-tech space. This role involves end‑to‑end ownership of features across a ReactJS web application, Chrome extension, and backend services / APIs, with frequent integration of third‑party AI / LLM APIs such as Gemini and similar tools. Key Responsibilities • Develop responsive web applications using ReactJS and JavaScript. • Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python (FastAPI or Flask preferred). • Integrate external AI / LLM APIs (Gemini) and design real-time interview assistance features (scoring, reporting, and interview prep). • Collaborate on Chrome extension development and ensure seamless interaction with the web app. • Use GitHub Copilot or similar tools extensively to speed up high-quality development. Requirements • 2–5 years of hands-on full stack experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, and Python. • Strong experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask, and REST API design. • Proven experience integrating AI / LLM APIs into production applications. • Demonstrated extensive use of Copilot or similar AI coding assistants in day-to-day development. • Ability to work independently in a remote setup, deliver within tight timelines, and write clean, maintainable code.
