We help businesses grow by: • Running paid ads • Building websites and landing pages • Generating leads • Automating follow-ups • Improving sales conversions ... We are now looking for one senior person who can plan, execute, and scale our international growth in a structured and result-oriented way. 🎯 What Is This Role About? This role is not just about running ads. You will be responsible for bringing international clients to the company using multiple marketing channels, and making sure those leads turn into meetings, pipeline, and revenue. You will: • Plan marketing strategy • Run and improve campaigns • Build funnels and automation • Work closely with sales • Track results and improve performance Simply put: 👉 Your job is to help the company consistently get international clients. 📍 Job Location • Mohali, Punjab • Work From Office (Full-Time) 🧠 What You Will Be Responsible For 1️⃣ Planning International Growth Strategy • Decide which countries, industries, and client types we should target • Plan how we will get leads from different channels • Decide budgets, goals, and timelines • Create monthly and quarterly growth plans 2️⃣ Running Paid Advertising Campaigns You will manage and improve ads on: • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) • Facebook & Instagram Ads • LinkedIn Ads • Bing / Microsoft Ads Your work includes: • Choosing the right keywords and audiences • Running ads for different countries • Improving cost per lead and lead quality • Stopping poor-performing ads and scaling good ones 3️⃣ Building Funnels and Landing Pages • Create and improve landing pages using GoHighLevel (main tool) • Work on: • Headlines • Offers • Call-to-action buttons • Improve conversion rates so more visitors become leads • Use tools like heatmaps to understand user behaviour 4️⃣ CRM, Automation & Follow-Ups • Use GoHighLevel to: • Manage leads • Track deal stages • Set up automated emails, WhatsApp, SMS follow-ups • Make sure: • Leads are contacted quickly • Sales team gets full lead details • No leads are lost or ignored 5️⃣ Email Marketing & Cold Outreach • Create email sequences for: • Cold outreach to international prospects • Nurturing warm leads • Re-engaging old leads • Monitor email performance and deliverability • Follow international email rules (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) • Connect email campaigns with CRM and sales calendars 6️⃣ Client Acquisition via Marketplaces & Portals You will also generate leads from platforms like: • Upwork • Fiverr Pro • Clutch • GoodFirms • DesignRush Your responsibility: • Optimize company profiles • Send quality proposals • Manage paid listings or promotions • Track which platform gives better clients 7️⃣ SEO, AEO & AI Search Visibility • Work on basic SEO to improve website visibility • Help content rank for: • Google search • Featured snippets (AEO) • AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity (GEO) • Make sure our services are clearly explained and easy to understand online 8️⃣ Content, Video & Branding Support • Support LinkedIn and founder branding activities • Help plan: • Case studies • Client testimonials • Short videos and YouTube ads • Use content to build trust with international clients 9️⃣ Webinars & High-Value Lead Programs • Plan webinars or strategy sessions • Use them to attract serious, high-value clients • Improve trust before sales calls 🔟 Working Closely with Sales Team • Review sales feedback and call recordings • Understand why deals close or don’t close • Improve marketing messaging based on sales feedback • Help increase conversion from lead to client 1️⃣1️⃣ Partnerships & Referrals • Support partnerships and referrals • Help build co-marketing campaigns • Reduce dependency on ads alone 1️⃣2️⃣ Tracking Results & Reporting • Track: • Leads • Meetings • Cost per lead • Revenue pipeline • Prepare simple weekly and monthly reports • Suggest improvements based on data 🛠 Tools You Will Use • GoHighLevel (CRM, funnels, automation) • Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads • Google Analytics (GA4) • Google Tag Manager • Email tools (Instantly, Smartlead, etc.) • SEO tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush) • Automation tools (Zapier, Make) • Reporting tools (Looker Studio) 🔹 Website Lead Capture, Nurturing & Conversion (Mandatory) The candidate must have a strong understanding of how to convert website visitors into qualified leads and real sales conversations. This role is not limited to driving traffic; it requires ownership of the entire website → lead → nurture → conversion journey. The candidate should be capable of designing and optimizing landing pages, forms, CTAs, and lead capture flows that clearly communicate AB7’s value proposition to international clients and encourage them to take action. Post lead capture, the candidate must be able to nurture leads using structured email and WhatsApp follow-ups, segment leads based on intent and readiness, build trust through relevant content, and gradually move prospects toward strategy calls or hiring discussions. The candidate is expected to continuously track and improve website conversion rates, lead quality, and lead-to-meeting ratios, identify funnel leaks, and make data-driven improvements to ensure that website traffic results in meaningful client conversations and hiring opportunities. ✅ Who Should Apply?
