Full Stack - Member of Technical Staff (MTS)

About the job

Responsibilities: • Produce accurate, clear technical design specifications • Deliver high-quality software components and services, adhering to security, performance, longevity, and integration testing standards • Estimate development tasks in story points with a goal of 80% accuracy • Follow coding conventions, architecture standards, and best practices • Write, debug, and deploy code to production; deliver timely fixes • Adhere to Definition of Done (DoD) including unit tests, functional testing, code reviews, bug fixes, documentation • Perform peer code reviews • Master domain knowledge • Take ownership of team deliverables post-release; focus on customer adoption • Contribute to agile ceremonies and scrum meetings (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) • Collaborate across Technology and Product teams • Build strong relationships with cross-functional team members Education, Experience & Skills Required: • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an engineering role • Experience in an Agile environment preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Strong software engineering and debugging skills • Experience developing and maintaining microservices and web applications • Capable of contributing to front-end and back-end development • Proficiency in at least one core programming language (e.g., C++, Java, C#) • Strong working knowledge of Python and Node.js/JavaScript • Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases; exposure to big data systems or OLAP databases is a plus
