About the job

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Mobile Developer Looking for an experienced developer to upgrade and modernize the tech stack of our multi-service on-demand super app, which includes ride hailing, food delivery (platform + restaurant delivery), and service providers. You’ll work across iOS, Android, backend services, and admin systems, improving scalability, performance, and real-time capabilities. Experience 3–6+ years (Mid to Senior level) Key Responsibilities • Upgrade and maintain iOS & Android mobile applications • Modernize and refactor the existing tech stack • Design and build scalable backend services and APIs • Implement real-time features (live tracking, order status, provider assignment) • Integrate maps, GPS, routing, and ETA calculations • Build and improve admin dashboards and merchant portals • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role management • Integrate payments, wallets, refunds, and payouts • Improve system performance, stability, and scalability • Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams • Participate in code reviews and technical architecture decisions Required Technology Stack • Mobile: React Native (TypeScript) OR iOS (Swift) & Android (Kotlin) • Web Frontend: React.js (TypeScript) • Backend: Node.js, NestJS or Express.js • Real-Time: WebSockets, Socket.IO • Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis (MongoDB – nice to have) • Maps & Location: Google Maps APIs (Directions, Distance Matrix, Geolocation) • Payments: Stripe / Razorpay / PayPal • Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), APNs • Cloud & DevOps: AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, CI/CD • Version Control: Git (GitHub / GitLab) • Monitoring: Sentry / Firebase (preferred) Must Have • Experience with on-demand, marketplace, or super apps • Ride-hailing, food delivery, or service provider platform experience • Background job queues (BullMQ, RabbitMQ) • Scalable or microservices architecture experience • Management skill What We Offer • ₹12 LPA starting CTC • Relocation opportunity to Europe with salary from ₹24 LPA • Flexible work environment • Opportunity to work on a high-scale, real-time product • Ownership of key technical decisions • Long-term career growth
