Full-Stack Web Developer Contract Duration: 3+ months (with possible extension based on performance) Overview: We are seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Web Developer to support a growing UK web development business transitioning from a freelance operation into a full-service agency. The developer will work across a mixed stack of WordPress and Laravel projects, helping clear an existing backlog and eventually taking ownership of specific client projects.Key Responsibilities• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites• Build custom WordPress themes and plugins• Work on Laravel applications using modern architecture• Develop SPA interfaces using Inertia.js and Vue.js• Switch between WordPress and Laravel tasks as project needs require• Troubleshoot bugs and implement new features• Collaborate directly with the founder on project delivery• Eventually take ownership of individual client projectsRequired Skills & Experience• 3–5 years of professional web development experience• Proven experience working on client projectsWordPress• Custom themes and plugin development• Experience with page builders (UTheme Pro preferred)• Strong PHP and MySQL knowledgeLaravel & Frontend• Laravel framework experience• Inertia.js (or similar SPA approach)• Vue.js frontend developmentOther Requirements• Ability to work independently• Comfortable in a fast-moving agency environment• Strong problem-solving skills• Good English communication• Full-time (40 hours per week)• Must overlap with UK business hours
