Full Stack Web Developer (React / Node.js + Cloud) Experience : 2–3 years (real-time) Compensation : CTC ₹3.0–3.2 LPA Location : Remote – India Type : Full-time Working hours : Flexible (Irish time zone preferred) Availability : Immediate joiners preferred Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Web Developer with 2–3 years of experience in React / Next.js and Node.js, with strong DevOps and cloud deployment capabilities. You will work across the full application lifecycle—from converting Figma designs into accurate UIs to building scalable back-end services and deploying them on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Kubernetes. You will play a key role in bridging development and operations to ensure reliability, scalability, and smooth delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Frontend Development• Figma to Code : Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible UIs with strict attention to detail.• Component Architecture : Build reusable, modular, and performant UI components using React and Next.js.• UX Implementation : Implement complex UI / UX interactions, animations, and smooth user flows.• Optimization : Ensure frontend performance (Core Web Vitals) and SEO best practices (SSR / SSG). 2. Backend & System Architecture• API Development : Design and develop scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Node.js.• Database Management : Integrate frontend with databases (SQL / NoSQL), data files, and third-party services.• System Design : Work on end-to-end application flows and build robust architecture using system design principles. 3. DevOps, Cloud & Deployment (New)• CI / CD Pipelines : Design and maintain automated CI / CD workflows using GitHub Actions for testing, building, and deploying applications.• Containerization : Dockerize applications to ensure consistent environments across development, staging, and production.• Cloud Orchestration : Deploy, manage, and scale applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Kubernetes (GKE).• Server Management : Monitor application health and logs, ensuring high availability and handling rollbacks if necessary. 4. Performance & Quality Assurance• Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.• Security : Ensure code passes security checks (VAPT), implement secure coding practices, and manage secrets / environment variables securely.• Debugging : proactively debug and fix issues across the frontend, backend, and deployment pipelines. 5. Cross-Team Collaboration• Work closely with Tech, QA, Design, Product, and Project Management teams.• Communicate technical constraints, progress, and solutions clearly to stakeholders.• Deliver precise implementations with zero design-to-dev mismatch.
