Must have skills required: Node.js, React.js Rattle is Looking for: Fullstack Engineer Bangalore Rattle is building the first AI-powered Revenue Intelligence Platform, solving the most critical problem in B2B sales: 75% of companies miss their revenue forecasts because the entire revenue tech stack depends on manual seller input and CRM guesswork. The Problem We're Solving: Every Monday morning across 500,000 companies worldwide, revenue teams gather to answer three questions: Which deals will close? For how much? By when? This is solely based on the seller’s version of reality. Hence, revenue leaders spend more time inspecting deals than executing on them. We're targeting the $2B+ forecasting market currently dominated by solutions that customers find disappointing due to their dependence on manual data hygiene. We are at an early stage of this product with a clear path to explosive growth, leveraging our experience & network in building Rattle over the last 5 years. Join us in eliminating the manual drudgery of revenue operations and building the future where forecasting is automatic, accurate, and actionable. What You'll Get To Do As a full-stack engineer, tackle a wide range of technical challenges: from designing powerful new integrations to scaling our real-time web service to hundreds of users. You will play a crucial role in building VON, Rattle’s new product. You will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, using your skills in Node.js and React to create a seamless and intuitive user experience. Build high-impact, end-user features that vastly improve user productivity. Working in a small cross-functional team, you will collaborate closely to discuss the feasibility and direction of prototypes or planned product features. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
