Spectral Consultants is hiring for one of the World’s Largest Global Providers of Insurance! Locations:- Hyderabad | Experience:- 8–14 years This is a techno-managerial role—perfect for leaders who thrive on coding excellence while guiding high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities:- • Lead and mentor a team of 15–20 members through the full SDLC. • Drive delivery using Agile methodology and industry best practices. • Partner with stakeholders to ensure business priorities align with technical outcomes. • Hands-on involvement in design, development, and delivery of modern fullstack solutions. • Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust DevOps practices. Must-Have Skills:- • Agile methodology • .NET (Core / .Net 8+) • CI/CD & Azure DevOps • Microservices & Design Patterns • React or Angular (Fullstack experience) • Proven team leadership (a couple of years minimum) Nice-to-Have Skills:- Java, AI/ML exposure, Data-driven development experience If you’re ready to take on a techno-managerial role where you’ll code, lead, and deliver impact—this opportunity is for you!
