Fullstack PHP Developer

About the job

We’re now looking for a Fullstack PHP Developer who can work across Laravel and WordPress ecosystems to join our growing team of makers and thinkers. What You’ll Do • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel and WordPress • Build and integrate APIs, database systems, and 3rd-party tools • Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project needs • Write clean, testable, and scalable code • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Developers • Contribute to the technical architecture and decision-making process • Optimize performance for both backend and frontend components • Debug issues and maintain version control using Git What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of professional experience in PHP development • Solid hands-on experience with Laravel framework • Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and customization • Good knowledge of MySQL, REST APIs, and server-side logic • Comfortable working with HTML, CSS (Tailwind preferred), JavaScript, and jQuery • Familiarity with Vue.js, React.js, Next.js or any other frontend framework is a big plus • Experience with deployment, debugging, and basic DevOps (e.g., DigitalOcean, cPanel) • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Nice to Have • Experience with Wordpress / WooCommerce • Familiarity with Figma and working with design files • Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies Why Join Us • Work on diverse projects with early-stage startups across different industries • Flexible hours with a remote-first culture • Opportunity to grow and take ownership of technical decisions • Fast-moving, no-red-tape environment • Be part of a company that values innovation and speed over bureaucracy
