Must Have • 5+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated expertise in both frontend and backend development. • Production-level proficiency with React and Next.js, • Solid experience building backend services with Node.js and/or Python, and hands-on experience containerizing and orchestrating applications with Kubernetes. • Comfortable working with MongoDB and Redis in production environments. • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, can communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and have experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments. Nice to Have • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Background with GraphQL, message queues, or event-driven architectures. • Track record of learning and working effectively with emerging technologies. • Experience mentoring or leading junior developers.
