GreenDot Digital is hiring for a US based startup client of ours. Looking for a top notch Fullstack Software Engineer with 7-10 yrs of experience. About the Company We are a fast-growing, VC-backed SaaS startup building a next-generation geospatial and data-driven platform used by engineering, infrastructure, and real-estate teams to make better early-stage project decisions. Our product aggregates and visualizes diverse datasets—technical, environmental, regulatory, and operational—to help customers reduce project risk, speed up decision-making, and collaborate more effectively. As an early member of the team, you will have the opportunity to influence the product, shape the architecture, and contribute to systems that will scale rapidly as we expand. The Role We are a small, high-ownership engineering team that enjoys solving complex problems and moving quickly. We're looking for an experienced fullstack engineer based in India who is strong in JavaScript fundamentals and has hands-on experience with React and Node.js. You’ll work across the entire stack—from frontend interfaces to backend services, data workflows, and real-time collaboration features. What You’ll Do • Build new user-facing fullstack features—from database models to React UI components • Work across varied technical challenges: web applications, mapping/visualization, data processing, algorithmic relevancy, and real-time collaboration • Profile performance across the stack and implement optimizations • Set up analytics, monitoring, logs, and alerting systems • Conduct code reviews and provide peer feedback • Mentor junior engineers and support their growth What We’re Looking For • 7–10 years of experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js (or similar JavaScript frameworks) • Strong ownership mentality; comfortable taking features from 0→1 • Experience working in greenfield or early-stage product environments • Excellent written and verbal communication • Experience managing or scaling production systems Bonus: BS / MS in CS or related field Bonus: Experience with Mapbox, ESRI, or other mapping tools Bonus: AWS experience Bonus: Prior startup experience or founding experience Tech Stack • React, Redux, Valtio • Tailwind CSS • React Native • Node.js, Postgres, Redis • Mapbox & ESRI for mapping • Custom high-performance mapping data services • AWS (ECS), GitHub, Slack, Notion, Figma What We Offer • High-impact, technically challenging work • Significant room for growth in a rapidly scaling environment • Competitive compensation (India-based) • Hybrid-friendly, flexible work culture • Unlimited PTO
