Role Details Experience: 10+ years Location: Bellandur, Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: Immediate to 21 days Must-Have Skills • Team leadership experience, leading cross-functional teams of 6+ members (developers, testers, platform teams, PO/BA) for delivery-focused projects • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and working knowledge of React.js • Mandatory banking domain experience in past 3 years • Hands-on experience with Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes • Developer-level understanding of CI/CD tools including GitLab or GitHub Actions, Sonar, Checkmarx, ESLint • Clear exposure to API Gateway implementation • OAuth implementation with API Gateway and IDP is mandatory (Okta experience preferred) Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with RabbitMQ or AWS SQS in addition to Kafka • Exposure to GCP or Azure DevOps environments • Experience with WebSocket or real-time API implementations • Familiarity with unit testing tools such as Jest, Mocha, or similar • Strong Agile delivery experience, including running daily stand-ups, sprint planning, velocity tracking, and retrospectives Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of banking applications • Design and build secure, scalable backend systems using Node.js • Guide and review React.js frontend implementation • Drive release planning, production readiness, and risk mitigation • Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders If you are interested or know someone who may be a good fit, please share your resume or connect via direct message.
