Role Overview We are hiring a Fund Manager / Business Head for an upcoming PMS / Aif platform based in Noida. This is a senior, end-to-end role with overall responsibility for setting up, managing, and scaling the PMS, similar to a CEO-level mandate for the investment platform. Key Responsibilities • Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor relationships • Oversee fund deployment in line with investment strategy • Drive investment decision-making across the portfolio • Manage exits and value realisation • End-to-end portfolio management • Oversee operations, risk, and regulatory compliance related to the PMS Candidate Profile • 8–15 years of relevant buy-side investment experience • Prior experience in PMS / AIF / asset management preferred • Strong track record across investing, portfolio management, and exits • Ability to handle end-to-end ownership of an investment platform
