Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Fundraising Expert with expertise in startup funding. The individual will be responsible for identifying and building strong relationships with potential investors and stakeholders, creating and presenting fundraising pitches, researching investment opportunities, and driving capital investments to support the company's growth. Additional tasks include analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with funding policies, and keeping track of fund allocation and performance. Qualifications • Strong background in Finance, Investments, and Fund Accounting is essential. • Proficiency in Accounting practices, including fund management and reporting. • Sharp Analytical Skills for assessing market trends, investor strategies, and financial data. • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with investors and stakeholders. • Experience in startup environments and a track record of securing funds for business growth is a strong advantage. • Knowledge of the UAV industry or related sectors will be beneficial. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
