GCC SC Material Planner Could you be the full-time GCC Material Planner in our Global Capability centre Centre (GCC) we’re looking for? Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and materials management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You'll create Material Planning documents in GSI (Alstom ERP Solution) and communicate delivery requirements to suppliers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Site Material Planner, Site Buyer, Key User & Regional Business Process Experts), coordinate with internal & external networks, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of ensuring the right information is available in the system for Site Material Planner reference, but also act as a representative of the site when interacting with suppliers. We’ll look to you for: • Executing materials planning processes within the Solutions Centre Team • Receiving supplier delivery confirmations and maintaining accurate system data • Coordinating tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) • End-to-end material planning and supplier relationship management • Strong analytical skills to extract Management Information Systems (MIS) from a Supply Chain Information System • Effective collaboration and communication across networks All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
