About The Role You will work on a broad range of cutting-edge Deep Learning and Generative AI initiatives across multiple industries. This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, pre-sales, and asset creation, focusing on building reusable GenAI accelerators, demos, and prototypes that clearly demonstrate business value to clients. Key Responsibilities GenAI Asset & Accelerator Development • Create and maintain a centralized repository of reusable GenAI assets, demos, and accelerators. • Identify delivery projects with high potential for demos and prototype extraction. • Work with delivery teams to adapt and standardize reusable components from past engagements. • Build scalable, modular demo environments that can be customized for multiple client use cases. Demo Design & Storytelling • Develop interactive, story-driven demo flows that connect AI capabilities to business value. • Examples: Day-in-the-Life simulations, KPI-driven narratives, role-based workflows. • Ensure demos clearly articulate outcomes, ROI, and operational impact. Pre-Sales & Go-To-Market Enablement • Partner with marketing teams to package demos for campaigns, events, and thought leadership. • Collaborate closely with pre-sales consultants to align demos with proposals and client pursuits. • Participate in joint client sessions to present solutions and address technical and functional questions. • Optimize demo performance for seamless delivery in both virtual and in-person settings. Data & Platform Collaboration • Work with AI CoE and data engineering teams to integrate realistic datasets. • Examples: POS data, market research data, supply chain feeds. • Ensure demos reflect real-world data complexity and enterprise constraints. Continuous Improvement & Innovation • Gather client and prospect feedback to continuously refine demos and accelerators. • Document demo scripts, configurations, and user flows for easy reuse and onboarding. • Introduce new accelerator concepts driven by client demand and market trends. • Experiment with new GenAI tools, frameworks, prompt engineering techniques, and platforms. Desired Experience & Qualifications • 12+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or AI, with strong exposure to pre-sales or client-facing roles. • Deep technical expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. • Proven experience in data productization, solution engineering, and reusable IP creation. • Demonstrated success in building accelerators, demo platforms, or industry solutions. • Strong ability to collaborate across delivery, sales, marketing, and engineering teams. • Experience working across multiple domains such as CPG, Pharma, BFSI, Retail, or Supply Chain. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability. • Comfortable working with international stakeholders in a global consulting environment.
