"Gen AI Developer-Senior associate-Kolkata/Bangalore We are looking for experienced software developers with: • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • ability to coordinate with multiple teams and ensure smooth coordination • experience with migrating legacy enterprise apps into microservice architecture along with data migration • ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines • good verbal and written communication skills • ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Years of experience required 3-8yrs Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend systems using Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI). Build, secure, and scale APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC). Implement LLM agent workflows, prompt engineering, and orchestration pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Autogen. Design and deploy RAG pipelines integrating vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma, Weaviate, etc.). Develop AI-powered search frameworks leveraging Azure AI Search, Elastic + AI, or similar. Write clean, modular, and production-grade code following MVC principles. Collaborate with other engineers and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI apps. Skill sets Backend Development: Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, MVC architecture. APIs: API design, integration, and management. Gen AI & LLMs: Prompt engineering, LLM agent development, Gen AI app development. Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Autogen (or equivalents). Vector DBs & RAG: Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines. LLMs: Exposure to both open-source and cloud-hosted models (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta LLaMA, etc.). Good-to-Have Skills • Exposure to MEAN/MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular/React, Node.js). • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker. • Awareness of observability, monitoring, and security practices.
