Job Description: Role: Gen AI Engineer Experience: 5+ years Mandatory Skills Backend Development: Expert proficiency in Python (3.10+) and FastAPI for building high-performance, asynchronous REST APIs. AI Orchestration & Agents: Deep hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for designing stateful, multi-step AI workflows and agentic frameworks. LLM Integration: Proven experience integrating and optimizing LLMs (Azure OpenAI GPT-4, OpenAI APIs), including prompt engineering, token management, and RAG setup. Machine Learning: Strong background in ML model design and implementation using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch; handling data drift and bias. Databases & Search: Advanced SQL with PostgreSQL (JSONB) for flexible metadata storage and queries; proficiency with Elasticsearch (8.x) for time-series data, aggregation, and query templating. API Design & Integration: Ability to design clean, documented APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger) with secure authentication (JWT/OAuth2). MLOps & DevOps: Experience with data pipelines (Apache Airflow), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). System Proficiency: Strong knowledge of YAML, Elastic, and system integrations. Nice to Have Frontend Awareness: Exposure to React.js for understanding integration points. Cloud & Deployment: Familiarity with AWS SageMaker, AWS EKS, and Helm for troubleshooting deployments. Data Validation & Architecture: Experience with Pydantic v2, event-driven architectures, and message queues (Redis/RabbitMQ). Infrastructure & Monitoring: Knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, Git, Microservices, Observability, and AIOps. Additional Cloud AI Services: Familiarity with Azure OpenAI. Recommended Certifications Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate AWS Certified: Machine Learning Engineer – Associate DeepLearning.AI: Generative AI with Large Language Models.
