Good-to-Have Skills • Advanced GenAI: Multi-modal and agentic AI, synthetic data generation. • Domain Knowledge: Logistics operations (routing, forecasting, warehouse & fleet management). • Optimization & Simulation: Reinforcement learning, digital twins, operations research. • Data Engineering: ETL pipelines, data lakes, Spark/Databricks. • Cloud & DevOps: CI/CD for ML, data security, and compliance. • Soft Skills: Innovation mindset, stakeholder engagement, clear documentation. Required Skills & Experience: • 5 years of hands-on experience with Python, Cloud AI Platform (Databricks / AWS / GCP / Azure). • Proven experience in building MLflow. • Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep learning, LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and documentation abilities.
