Gen AI Senior Full Stack Developer (PSI) Location: Jaipur / Indore Experience : 6-10 Years Job Type: Hybrid - 3 days office Interview - Virtual / Face to Face Must Have: • Excellent communication skills • 6–10+ years of software development experience. • Strong full stack development skills: • Backend: Python, FastAPI, PyTest, OpenAI API integration, RESTful API design. • Database: PostgreSQL ... /SQL, schema design, query optimization, migrations. • Frontend: ReactJS, TypeScript, NextJS, CLI tools; OfficeJS • DevOps: CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native deployment. • Monitoring/Testing: Datadog, Postman, automated test cases. • AI Tools: CoPilot, Cursor, productivity-enhancing dev workflows. • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM integration. • Experience with: • Prompt engineering • RAG pipelines • Embeddings and vector databases • AI API integration • Strong experience building RESTful APIs and microservices. • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Good To Have: • Experience fine-tuning open-source models. • Knowledge of AI safety, governance, and responsible AI practices. • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks. • Experience with real-time streaming applications. • MLOps and model lifecycle management. • Experience building AI copilots, chatbots, or knowledge assistants. • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. • Ability to work in fast-moving technical environments. • Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction. • Ownership mindset and delivery focus. Job Responsibility: • Generative AI Development • Develop scalable backend services and APIs for AI applications. • Build responsive and interactive frontends for AI-driven user experiences. • Implement authentication, data pipelines, and real-time interactions. • Ensure high availability, security, and scalability. • Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for AI systems. • Containerize and deploy AI applications in cloud environments. • Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. • Work with product teams to translate business needs into AI solutions. • Mentor developers and guide best practices in AI engineering. • Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making
