We’re looking for a hands-on GenAI Engineer to join a fast-growing, high-ownership team. 🔹 Role Overview Experience : 4+ Years Employment Type : Full-time Location : Gurugaon 🔹 What You’ll Work On • Build and deploy GenAI applications and AI agents • Design and implement RAG pipelines (embeddings, vector databases, retrieval) • Work with LLMs and multi-agent workflows • Improve AI quality using prompt engineering, evaluations, and testing • Integrate AI solutions with APIs and enterprise systems • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to solve real business problems 🔹 Must-Have Skills ✅ Hands-on experience with LLMs & GenAI use cases ✅ Experience building AI agents or AI-powered applications ✅ Strong understanding of RAG concepts and vector databases ✅ Experience with prompt engineering & model evaluation ✅ API integrations using REST / GraphQL ✅ Programming experience in Python (Java / C++ is a plus) 🔹 Nice to Have ⭐ Exposure to fine-tuning (LoRA / PEFT) ⭐ Understanding of AI governance, hallucination handling, HITL ⭐ Basic UI / wireframing skills ⭐ Startup or fast-paced product experience 🔹 Why Join Us? ✨ Work on cutting-edge GenAI & agentic systems ✨ High-impact, high-ownership role ✨ Opportunity to build end-to-end AI products 📩 Interested?Apply here or DM your profile for quick discussion.
