We’re looking for a GenAI Product Manager who understands both user experience and AI capabilities deeply — someone who can translate model abilities into intuitive product flows. What You Will Do 1. Own Product Strategy for AI-Powered Tools Define product vision around video editing automation, agentic workflows, and creative AI features. Translate user problems into clear product specs and user journeys. Prioritize ruthlessly based on user value, feasibility, and speed. 2. Work Closely With Engineering & Design Convert ambiguous AI concepts into actionable tickets. Work with GenAI engineers on prompts, agent behaviors, and model selection. Validate assumptions through quick prototypes and iterative testing. 3. Understand AI Models & Constraints (You don’t need to be an engineer, but you must understand how AI behaves.) Know the capabilities/limitations of LLMs, ASR, TTS, video models, embeddings, and RAG. Collaborate on data strategies, evaluations, and cost optimization. Make product decisions grounded in realistic model behavior. 4. Drive Experiments & User Feedback Cycles Ship features fast (weekly, sometimes daily). Test MVPs with creators and gather structured feedback. Define success metrics (quality, speed, cost, user satisfaction). 5. Own End-to-End Execution Write crisp PRDs and demo scripts. Work with marketing to position new AI features. Ensure product quality with systematic QA (AI hallucination, model reliability, edge cases). What We’re Looking For Must-Haves - Strong product sense and user empathy. - Experience building or managing AI/ML or dev-tool products. - Ability to reason about LLM behavior, constraints, and agent workflows. - Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex AI concepts. - Comfortable working in high-speed startups with ambiguity and overlapping roles. Nice-to-Haves - Hands-on experience with any AI tooling (OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, etc.). - Background in video/audio workflows. - Ability to prototype (Python, JS, or no-code tools). - Experience in prompt engineering or writing evaluation frameworks.
