🚀 We’re Hiring: General Ledger & R2R Analyst 📍 Location: Navi Mumbai 🕒 Shift: US Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM 📆 Week Off: Saturday & Sunday 🚕 Transport: One-way drop provided About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented General Ledger & Record-to-Report (R2R) Analyst to manage and govern master data impacting financial accuracy. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity across materials, suppliers, sales, invoicing, and financial systems, while acting as a gatekeeper for the General Ledger to ensure accurate P&L outcomes, including Revenue Recognition and COGS. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain material and supplier master data • Run and review daily governance and data quality reports • Ensure master data accuracy impacting GL and P&L • Perform reconciliations between operational and financial systems • Clean and analyze data using advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) • Apply basic accounting principles (Debits, Credits, Accruals) • Work closely with project teams to improve data quality What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management / Data Governance • Strong Excel and analytical skills • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals • High integrity in handling sensitive financial data ✨ Preferred: ERP exposure (MS D365), Pharma industry experience
