Job Description Evaluation Parameters :- A / Sr. Associate / Analyst Total Work Experience (in years) 2-3 Educational Qualification Accounting Degree / Commerce Graduate MBA (Finance) Domain Experience 1. 2 to 3 years of experience in RTR domain preferable 2. Oracle Knowledge (not mandatory) 3. Operational Knowledge of MS Office with expertise in MS Excel Roles and Responsibilities 1. Ensure preparation of different types of standard as well as ad-hoc journal entries received from the customer as per defined quality parameters 2. Process Inter-Company Transactions 3. Process Fixed Asset requests 4. Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliation 5. Performs General Ledger tasks based on Month end calendar and Checklist Language Capability:- English Spoken Proficiency :-Average communication skills Written Proficiency :-Average communication skills
