Role Overview:- We are seeking an experienced General Manager (GM) to lead and manage the overall operations, growth, and performance of our ERP / software business. This is a senior leadership role responsible for aligning strategy with execution across sales, marketing, operations, technology, and customer success. The GM will work closely with top management to drive business growth, operational discipline, and long-term profitability. Key Responsibilities (High-Level Only):- • Provide strategic leadership and execute business growth plans. • Oversee day-to-day operations across departments (Sales, Marketing, Development, Support, HR, Accounts). • Drive business development, partnerships, and revenue growth. • Ensure strong customer relationship management and service delivery. • Monitor performance, targets, KPIs, and overall operational efficiency. • Lead and mentor senior team members; ensure people and process discipline. • Ensure compliance, reporting, and internal governance. • Act as the central coordination point between management and execution teams. Experience & Background Required:- • 15+ years of experience in a software / ERP / IT services organization. • Prior experience as GM / VP / Senior Manager. • Strong exposure to B2B software, ERP, or enterprise solutions. • Proven leadership in managing multi-functional teams. • Experience driving revenue targets, business expansion, and operations. Preferred Profile:- • Senior leadership professional with extensive industry experience. • Demonstrated maturity in decision-making, people leadership, and business ownership. Skills & Competencies:- • Strong leadership, decision-making, and ownership mindset. • Business strategy, operations management, and execution focus. • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi). • Strong understanding of ERP domains (Manufacturing, Accounts, Inventory, HR preferred). • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Education:- • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. • Strong academic background with proven analytical and numerical ability. Compensation:- 💼 CTC: ₹10–12 LPA Compensation will be commensurate with experience, leadership exposure, and role alignment.
