We are seeking a full-time General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of Maya Garden Magnum. This on-site role is based in Rajpura and entails developing strategic plans to enhance business performance, managing a diverse team, and implementing operational processes to maintain the quality and branding of the facility. Responsibilities include: • Monitoring property management services • Coordinating with stakeholders • Overseeing tenant relations • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations • Driving customer satisfaction The General Manager will also be responsible for optimizing revenue streams and executing marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and visitor engagement. Qualifications: • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills • Experience in project management, operational planning, and business growth strategies • Knowledge in property management, facility operations, and tenant relations • Proficiency in analyzing financial reports, budgeting, and revenue optimization • Familiarity with marketing, branding, and customer engagement strategies • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a multicultural team • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields; MBA is a plus • Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or commercial real estate sectors is highly advantageous
