Role Description The General Manager will oversee all business operations, ensure efficient workflows, and drive the organization toward its financial and strategic goals. This full-time on-site role is based in Parli. Responsibilities include managing teams, creating operational policies, setting and achieving growth targets, fostering client relationships, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies for business development, financial planning, and organizational growth. Qualifications • Proven leadership and management skills, including team building and stakeholder communication • Strong financial planning, business development, and strategic decision-making abilities • Experience in operations management, compliance, and coordinating organizational processes • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities • Proficiency in business tools, financial software, and relevant technologies • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the finance industry.
