Job Description As part of our next phase of growth in the passenger electric vehicle segment, we are looking to onboard an experienced General Manager to lead sales, service, and overall operations at our Erode location. This is a leadership role for someone who can build teams, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Compensation • Fixed Salary: INR 75,000 per month • Performance Incentives: Attractive and growth-linked • Long-term career progression within a diversified group Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Growth • Lead end-to-end passenger vehicle sales operations • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Build strong local market presence through corporate, fleet, and retail channels • Monitor conversion ratios, enquiry management, and booking pipelines Service & Customer Experience • Oversee workshop and service operations • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention • Implement service KPIs, turnaround time controls, and quality standards • Coordinate between sales and service teams for seamless customer experience Team Leadership • Recruit, train, and mentor sales and service teams • Set clear targets and performance metrics • Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture Operations & Compliance • Ensure adherence to OEM processes, audits, and standards • Manage dealership-level P&L, costs, and profitability • Coordinate with internal group functions and OEM stakeholders Candidate Profile • 8–15 years of experience in automobile sales & service leadership • Prior experience as Branch Head / GM / Sales & Service Head preferred • Strong understanding of dealership operations and customer lifecycle • EV exposure is an added advantage • Proven ability to scale teams and deliver results • Based in or willing to relocate to Erode
