ABOUT THE ROLE: The GM – Business Development (IH Vertical) will lead growth efforts for the IH vertical at Sarovar, with a strong focus on acquiring new contracts across hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use assets. The role involves identifying and securing business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue expansion in line with the organization’s growth roadmap. Role will report to Director – IH, dotted to SVP Biz Development. Key Responsibilities - Lead business development strategy to grow the IH vertical across target markets. - Identify and acquire new contracts for hotels, commercial, and mixed-use assets. - Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments and support commercial evaluations. - Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and partners. - Coordinate with internal teams on proposals, bids, and negotiations. - Track industry trends to strengthen FM offerings and meet revenue targets. Key Requirements - Strong business acumen and understanding of the Facility Management industry is mandatory. - Experience in BD or acquisition-driven roles within facilities companies, hospitality, or real estate is required. - Ability to assess feasibility, analyse commercial models, and craft business cases. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
