Job Title: General Manager – Construction (Della Townships) Location: Mumbai (Dadar) Work Schedule: 6 days a week Travel: Pan India (frequent travel across project sites) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Construction to lead large-scale township and real estate projects across India. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning and execution, with planning as a core strength, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, and quality excellence across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end construction management for township and real estate projects across multiple locations • Drive project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation (short-term & long-term planning) • Monitor project timelines using tools like MS Project / Primavera to ensure adherence • Oversee site execution, ensuring alignment with design, quality standards, and safety norms • Manage budgeting, cost control, and forecasting for all construction activities • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders • Ensure compliance with local regulations, statutory approvals, and safety standards • Conduct regular site reviews and performance evaluations across Pan India locations • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively • Lead and mentor project teams to drive high performance and accountability Job Expectations Key Skills & Competencies • Strong expertise in construction planning & project scheduling (core strength required) • Proven experience in township / large-scale real estate development projects • Excellent leadership and multi-site management capabilities • Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and vendor management • High proficiency in project management tools (Primavera/MS Project) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to handle fast-paced, multi-location operations • Proven track record in luxury residential / township projects • Experience managing Pan India project portfolios is highly preferred Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) Minimum Job Experience 15–20+ years of experience in construction/project management Reporting To CMD Travel Travelling Required Apply Now
