We’re now expanding our leadership team and are seeking a seasoned General Manager – Finance to head our financial operations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Finance, based in Shimla. The General Manager Finance will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial operations of the estate. Daily tasks include preparing and analyzing comprehensive financial statements, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role may also involve strategizing for financial growth, optimizing costs, and providing strategic financial advice to the management team. Qualifications • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and reports • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in financial data interpretation • In-depth knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles and practices • Experience in designing and implementing robust Internal Controls • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications like CA, CPA, or CFA preferred) • Leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication skills • Experience in real estate or hospitality finance is advantageous Key Responsibilities • Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization • Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across business units • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations — GST, TDS, ROC, Income Tax, RERA, and Audit requirements • Manage investor relations, financial institutions, and external stakeholders • Drive cost efficiency, capital management, and profitability strategies • Oversee project financing, cash flow planning, and fund management for real estate developments • Implement internal controls, risk management frameworks, and process improvements • Provide strategic insights and financial modeling support to the leadership team • Supervise finance teams across multiple locations (Delhi, Shimla, and project sites) Desired Skills & Qualifications • Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) with 10–20 years of relevant experience • Proven experience in real estate finance, project accounting, and compliance • Strong understanding of financial structuring, funding, and cash flow management • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, MIS reporting, and financial analytics Why Join Auramah Valley?
