We are seeking a General Manager for Procurement in a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The primary responsibilities include managing strategic procurement activities, overseeing supplier evaluation and selection, optimizing supply chain and materials management processes, and ensuring effective contract negotiations. The role involves leading a dedicated team to establish and maintain long-term supplier relationships critical to the success of our mission in sustainable energy solutions. Qualifications: • Expertise in Black Mass Procurement, Li-ion Battery Scrap Procurement • Strong capabilities in Materials Management and Supply Chain Management • Proficiency in Contract Management and ensuring compliance with procurement policies • Proven leadership experience in procurement or supply chain functions • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
