Role & Responsibilities • Daily business operations related to Broking Firm • Stock Broking Relevant Experience in Broking Firm • Managing all Team of Operation in Stock Broking Firm • Lead team hiring, training, and performance management team • Monitor trading operations, risk management, and compliance processes Team • Monitor RMS teams, and back-office operations • Manage and supervise dealing desk, operations team, and trading support staff • Develop business growth strategies to increase clients, revenue, and market presence • Ensure smooth execution of client onboarding, KYC, account opening, and support services • Analyze market trends and suggest profitable business opportunities • Prepare MIS reports, performance reports, and operational updates for management • Resolve escalations quickly and maintain high client satisfaction Required Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of stock market, trading systems, broking operations, SEBI, and Compliance • Leadership and team handling experience • Excellent business development and client relationship skills • Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability • Good communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving market environment Qualifications & Experience • Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field • B.tech+MBA / PGDM preferred • 5 to 10 years of experience in stock market, broking, SEBI, and Compliance • Experience in managing teams and market operations preferred
