Job PurposeTo lead and integrate the Human Resources, Industrial Relations, and Administration functions across multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring workforce productivity, statutory compliance, proactive employee relations, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Leadership• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.• Drive performance management systems and productivity improvement initiatives. 2. Industrial Relations (IR) & Legal Compliance • Develop and maintain a proactive employee relations framework to sustain a stable, union-free work environment.• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws. 3. Plant HR Operations• Oversee recruitment for plant and staff workforce• Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and contract labor management. 4. Administration & Facility Management• Supervise plant administration, security, transport, and housekeeping. 5. Policy & Process Governance• Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
