GM - IT & Enterprise Commercial Role GM - IT & Enterprise Commercial Job Level/ Designation M3 Function / Department Commercial Location Mumbai Job Purpose To manage the Sourcing, Category management, Contract Management, RFI/RFP/RFX / E-Sourcing of Enterprise business, IT Hardware, Software Solution based, Cloud etc. and Technology services, ensuring the cost effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with Organizational strategy. this role bridges technology needs with commercial best practices to deliver timely, high-quality, and value-driven IT solutions. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience 1. Enterprise business Sourcing & Procurement Execution Source, evaluate, and procure - • Enterprise / technology purchase for Various verticals such as Mobility, FLX, FLD, FLV, IOT, Cloud, IT, Data centre, Digital, Network, Tech security, Enterprise and NON IT vertical technical and Enterprise for IT related requirement • Responsible for delivering optimal cost of ownership of various category in Enterprise • Touch point for Enterprise various verticals such as Emerging business, Network, Mobility, IOT business, Cloud business and working closely with various stakeholders in infra, application, New project, Professional services, DC, New product development, IOT, Domestic leased line, Managed services 2. Vendor Management & Performance Identify, onboard, and manage partners, maintain healthy supplier relationships. Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality, cost, and compliance. 3. Cost Optimization & Budget Control Achieve targeted cost savings through strategic sourcing and negotiations. Track IT spend against approved budgets. 4. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all IT procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and cybersecurity protocols. Mitigate risks related to vendor performance, data security, and licensing. 5. Technology Alignment & Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with various stakeholders, Finance, and Business Units to understand requirements and ensure procurement alignment. Provide market intelligence on emerging products and trends. 6. Process Improvement Continuously improve procurement processes for efficiency, transparency, and speed. Leverage digital procurement tools and best practices for automation and reporting. Must have technical / professional qualifications B.Tech / MBA Experience Level Senior Level
