The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and develop key account relationships with a strategic focus, guide account management processes, and design tailored business plans to meet client and company objectives. You will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and address customer needs. The General Manager will also analyze market trends and suggest improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. Qualifications • Strong Account Management skills with a proven ability to handle strategic partnerships and relationships. • Proficiency in Business Planning and Key Accounts management to drive growth and meet business objectives. • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and performance metrics. • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. • Experience in poultry pharmaceutical sectors is advantageous. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, MVSC Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
