📍 Job Overview Job Title: General Manager | Marketing | Hong's Kitchen Company: Jubilant Corporate Location: India Job Type: Full-time Category: Marketing Management Date Posted: 2026-03-09 Experience Level: 12+ years Remote Status: On-site 🚀 Role Summary • Brand Champion: Own and drive the end-to-end brand strategy, ensuring a distinctive and contemporary positioning for Hong's Kitchen across all touchpoints. • Growth Orchestrator: Lead integrated marketing plans to drive sales growth (SSSG), new store ramp-up, and successful city expansions, collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Digital & Performance Marketing Guru: Leverage digital channels, performance marketing, app growth, loyalty, and CRM to enhance customer experience and drive measurable ROI. • Menu Innovation Catalyst: Partner with R&D and operations to launch menu innovations with compelling storytelling and speed-to-market excellence. • Consumer Insights & Analytics Maestro: Own consumer research, brand tracking, and campaign effectiveness to translate insights into actionable growth levers and foster a test-learn-scale culture. • Team & Agency Leadership Ace: Build, lead, and manage a high-performing marketing team and creative, media, digital, and research agencies to drive strong cross-functional collaboration. 📈 Primary Responsibilities • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement a clear brand strategy, ensuring a differentiated and contemporary positioning for Hong's Kitchen across core menu, innovation, value platforms, and occasions. • Demand Generation & Growth: Drive sales growth (SSSG) and new store ramp-up through integrated marketing plans, owning the marketing calendar, and partnering with revenue, operations, and supply chain teams. • Digital, Performance & CRM: Lead digital marketing across channels, drive performance marketing, app growth, loyalty, and CRM-led personalization, and use customer data and insights to improve metrics. • Menu & Innovation Marketing: Partner with R&D and operations to launch menu innovations with strong consumer resonance, build compelling storytelling, and ensure speed-to-market and excellence in launch execution. • Consumer Insights & Analytics: Own consumer research, brand tracking, and campaign effectiveness, translate insights into actionable growth levers, and build a culture of test-learn-scale. • Team & Agency Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, manage creative, media, digital, and research agencies, and drive strong cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and technology. 🎓 Skills & Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred. • Experience: • 12-15 years of marketing experience, preferably in QSR, FMCG, retail, or consumer internet. • Proven experience in scaling brands, not just launching them. • Strong exposure to digital-first and performance-led marketing. • Experience working in matrixed, high-growth environments. Required Skills: • Strong brand and consumer thinking with execution rigor. • Ability to balance creativity with commercial outcomes. • Comfort with data, analytics, and experimentation. • Influential leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
