This leadership role ensures smooth day-to-day hospital operations, high standards of veterinary care, strong team management, regulatory compliance, and coordination with government programs and NGO initiatives. 🏥 Hospital Operations Management • Oversee daily functioning of the animal hospital including OPD, IPD, surgery units, pharmacy, diagnostics, and emergency services • Ensure seamless workflow, resource utilization, and patient care standards • Develop and implement SOPs for clinical and non-clinical operations 👥 Team Leadership & Workforce Management • Lead and manage veterinarians, paramedics, technicians, caretakers, and administrative staff • Recruitment, training, scheduling, performance monitoring, and team motivation • Foster a compassionate, disciplined, and high-performance work culture 📋 Compliance & Quality Control • Ensure adherence to government regulations, animal welfare laws, and NGO compliance norms • Maintain hospital records, audits, licensing, and statutory requirements • Implement quality improvement initiatives for service excellence 💰 Financial & Resource Management • Prepare and monitor operational budgets • Control costs while maintaining quality care • Oversee inventory, medicines, equipment, and vendor management 🤝 Government & Stakeholder Coordination • Liaise with municipal corporations, animal welfare boards, NGOs, and donors • Support ABC (Animal Birth Control) programs, rescue operations, and vaccination drives • Prepare reports and impact data for stakeholders and funding partners 📈 Strategic Growth & Process Improvement • Identify operational gaps and implement efficiency improvements • Scale hospital capacity and outreach programs • Introduce technology and systems for hospital management 🎓 Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Veterinary Sciences, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or related field • 8+ years of experience in hospital operations (animal hospital preferred) • Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams • Experience working with NGOs, government programs, or healthcare institutions is highly desirable 💼 Key Skills & Competencies • Hospital Operations & Process Management • Team Leadership & People Management • Budgeting & Resource Planning • Compliance & Documentation • Crisis & Emergency Management • Stakeholder Communication • Compassion-driven service mindset ❤️ Why Join Utkarsh Global Foundation? • Be part of a mission-driven organization creating real social impact • Lead one of the key pillars of animal welfare healthcare • Work with government bodies and national-level programs • Opportunity to scale sustainable hospital operations for community benefit
