It is experiencing rapid growth at 50% per annum and is poised for an Initial Public Offering within the next 18-24 months. The company has multiple manufacturing locations across India. The founder, an accomplished engineer from IIM, seeks to transition into a strategic role and requires a hands-on General Manager - Operations to oversee the company's growth and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall manufacturing operations, developing and implementing strategies that meet customer, stakeholder, and employee needs. They will make key decisions and drive the company culture forward. Responsibilities - Lead all aspects of the company's manufacturing operations and achieve targets. - Make informed decisions that impact the company's direction. - Foster a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. - Possession of an MBA is advantageous. - A minimum of 15 years' experience in sheet metal manufacturing, with expertise in managing shop floor operations. - Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
