Job Title: General Manager – Operations (Telugu Knowledge Mandatory) Salary: ₹45,000 per month Location: Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh Company: Go2 Hotels & Resorts Property: Hotel Rajahamsa Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Operations to oversee the day-to-day functioning of Hotel Rajahamsa. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, hands-on hotel operations experience, and fluency in Telugu to effectively manage local staff and guest interactions. Key Responsibilities: • Manage overall hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance • Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality • Handle staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management • Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and profitability • Maintain compliance with company policies and hospitality standards • Resolve guest complaints efficiently and professionally • Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth supply chain operations • Drive occupancy, customer retention, and service improvements Requirements: • Proven experience in hotel operations or as a Hotel Manager / Operations Manager • Strong leadership and team management skills • Fluent in Telugu (Mandatory) and basic English communication • Good problem-solving and decision-making ability • Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) is an advantage • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Candidate: • Candidates with experience in mid-size hotels or resorts • Local candidates from Andhra Pradesh preferred Benefits: • Competitive salary • Growth opportunities within Go2 Hotels & Resorts • Accommodation (if applicable) How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply via Indeed or contact directly with updated resume.
