Job description The company is 2 decade old company with pedigreed credentials and works with all the leading logos in the country and overseas! It is growing @ 50% per annum and is on track to do a IPO within try next 18-24 months The company has manufacturing operations in Orissa, Pune , and Jamshedpur across multiple locations. The founder is a engineer with a IIM pedigree who now wants to transition to a strategic role and hence the need for a hands on GM Operations to manage the growth the operations of the company. The ideal candidate will manage the overall manufacturing operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company. Responsibilities • Take lead across all aspects of the company manufacturing operations and be responsible for meeting manufacturing and delivery targets. • Make key decisions that will affect the company's direction. • Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience • MBA would be preferred • 15+ years' experience in sheet metal manufacturing with extensive experience in managing shop floor operations. • Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills. Compensation The candidate will be compensated at higher than industry standards with a potential to generate wealth through ESOPs in the coming IPO.
