Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a General Manager Operations. The General Manager Operations will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow across departments, optimize resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include managing teams, handling budgets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the alignment of operational practices with organizational goals. The role requires strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership to ensure excellence in operational performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Proven expertise in General Management and Operations Management, with experience overseeing multiple functional areas. • Strong skills in Team Management and Customer Service, including the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams and build strong client relationships. • Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and effectively collaborate across teams. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. • Prior experience in the laminates, manufacturing, or construction industries is highly desirable.
